I'm using my husband's account to write this review, by the way...but we have read this book together. Sometimes, I'll read it out loud to him. I love reading books to my family, including him! There are so many deep, powerful one hit punches throughout this book. I'll read one, push his arm, mouth wide open, as we both look at each other and simultaneously say, "mmm! That is GOOD!" Here are just a few. "Do you know what your kids really want? You." "In order to see God, you have to take control of your schedule." "God is not interested in our ability as he is in our availability." I could go on. Instead, I'll refrain and simply say, read this treasure.

I love this positive message and the challenge to watch God do what only he can do in my life. We are small group leaders and are taking our small group through the book as well. I would recommend this for anyone looking for a breath of fresh air and something to help them refocus the priorities of their spiritual walk.
